Potato Pancake Without Egg

Last year, one of my friend get allergic towards eggs. Therefore, I created this recipe for her. In this recipe I use thickened sago flour as replacement for egg. In the original recipe, egg is used to hold the mixture together. I utilize the thickened sago flour properties to hold the mixture together.

Additional Step:
You can add sour cream that is mixed with minced garlic and parsley on top of the pancake. Additional garnish such as: paprika, tomato, or cucumber; can make the plating more appetizing.
